m👁️psychosis
When traumatic events in one’s life are left unaddressed, their intricate truths often remain buried, fostering chaos and disconnection from our authentic selves. Ignored and unresolved, these traumas consume our vitality, distorting reality and plunging us into a state of profound disarray.
I spent the majority of my life ensnared in a dense fog of confusion, a response to the trauma I endured. This fog led me to mistrust myself and neglect my own needs, channeling all my energy into others in a desperate quest for acceptance and love. Reflecting on this period, I realize that many of my actions were driven by a desire to control and manipulate, born out of anger and hurt. These behaviors were learned, giving rise to what I now recognize as m👁️psychosis.
